FAQ

Questions we actually get asked.

Why is your pricing public?

Because every minute spent on "DM for rates" is a minute not spent fixing your funnel. If our number is wrong for you, we both want to know in 10 seconds, not 10 emails.

What's the diagnosis call vs. a sales call?

A diagnosis call ends with a verdict — a written list of what's broken, what we'd build, and how much revenue you're leaving on the table. A sales call ends with a follow-up. We do the first.

Can I start with one module and add more later?

Yes. About half our retainer clients start project-based on one module, then expand once the first one prints results. The pricing tiers are pivots, not lock-ins.

Do you do one-off work?

On the project-based tier, yes. Anything multi-module is retainer-only — the systems compound, and one-off work doesn't capture that compounding.

What's the typical engagement length?

Project-based: 2–4 weeks. Multi-module retainer: 90 days minimum. Full-stack infrastructure: 6 months minimum. Anything shorter and we can't move the metrics that matter.

Pricing is public

Pick a tier or have us pick for you.

On the diagnosis call, we tell you which tier closes your specific gap fastest — and which modules to start with. No upsell theatre. We size to the job.
